Mable
Mable is spayed, fully vetted and micro chipped. She is afflicted with Feline Immunodeficiency Virus and needs a loving home.
Mables' Special Needs are not very evident, with a bit of special attention and consideration there may never be an issue that arises.
Never the less her FIV+ label is a deterrent for most when the issue itself is quite manageable.
On a rainy day, what is better than snuggling up with a good book and your favorite cat? Mabel the cat wants to be your favorite cat. She is a lovely lap cat who would adore keeping you company while you read or watch a movie. During those dreary, cold days of winter, Mabel will be by your side. She is an older cat and wants to enjoy her golden years in a quiet and cozy home with a kind and loving human friend.
Mable is spayed, fully vetted, micro-chipped, and available for adoption!
Troy
Dainty and sweet Troy is a curious dog who is excited by the all interesting sights, sounds, and smells that the world has to offer. He has a drive to investigate and learn about his surroundings. Troy also has a great love for curling up under a nice warm ray of sunlight to warm his glossy lustrous coat. Cuddling troy is a joy, but he only allows himself to be cuddled but people he trusts! Although the world is very interesting to Troy, it is also a very scary place that makes troy very scared and anxious. This includes people who often seem and imposing to little Troy. Before he'll let someone cuddle him, he really needs to figure them out. It can be a lot of work gaining Troys trust, but once that bond is made it makes the treat of knowing him that much more delightful.
All the anxiety that Troy experiences is a lot for a little dog to handle, partly due to his anxiety itself but also his allergies. Troy becomes very uncomfortable in new situations and when cats or children are thrown in the mix it can quickly overwhelm him Troy also suffers from irritable bowel disease. In order to keep his IBD under control, Troy is on several medications, all working their magic so that Troy can have a better shot at living a more comfortable life. Troy currently takes multiple medications to manage his issues.
He has a regiment of Sucralfate, Metoclopramide, Pepcid, Cerenia, and Alprazolam. Try saying that five times fast.
Troy is Neutered, fully vetted and micro chipped.
Fiona Snapple
Sweet Fiona is quite the charmer! She is such an adorable brown Chihuahua with a very expressive face. Little Fiona is very shy when she meets new people, but once she trusts you, its is difficult not to be complemented by her reaction to you. She wags her tail with grand enthusiasm and looks up at you with very adoring eyes. Fiona is extremely loyal to those she loves. It can take patience to win over Fiona, but it is well worth it.
Fiona has some medical issues that make life more difficult for her, she has bad knees that make getting around difficult for her. When Fiona first arrived, she was a very overweight, chubby little lady. Before her knee issues are fixed, she needs to be at a healthy weight. She has been making incredible progress toward reaching her healthy goal. Once she is ready though, she will require surgery for her bad knees. Fiona is ready to be a healthy and happy dog so she can enjoy all the things the world has to offer a cute little dog.
Fiona has arthritis, a collapsed trachea, and Luxating Patellas (which is basically like floating knee caps).
Fi-Fi will need to take Tramadol regularly. Fiona is spayed, fully vetted, and micro chipped.
Carol (Bonnie)
Miss Carol was fostered in a wonderful home from November until April. In that period of time she warmed up very much to her foster caretakers and became a wonderful source of entertainment and endless snuggles and laughs. Her foster family went out of their way to partner with Dr. Shanti Jha at the Veterinary Specialist Center in Lynwood, WA. During this time Dr. Jha worked diligently with her fosters to help find a solution that would allow Bonnie to be more ambulatory. They teamed up with a company based out of Colorado, OrthoPets, to design prosthetics that help Bonnie become more comfortable and mobile!
Carol is a HUGE inspiration, reminding us that simple things can sometimes be a struggle and through adversity we reap the benefits of seeing her as a more active and happy cat! She was quite scared and timid when she joined her new foster, but proved herself to be one of the best lap cat companion you could ever ask for, eagerly waiting for her forever home!
Carol is spayed, fully vetted, micro-chipped, and available for adoption.
Ivy
Ivy is a wonderful special needs pup, who has quite a few conditions .
She now resides in her forever foster home being loved and cared for.
Ivy is spayed, fully vetted, micro-chipped, and available for adoption
Willow
**Bully Breed Experience Required**
**Bully Breed Experience Required**
Meet Willow! She is a sweet 2 year old pit bull mix searching for her forever home in the Seattle area. Willow is shy and fantastically gentile with handlers. She would make a fantastic running and/or walking companion. If you are looking for an active companion that will be your best friend, then Willow is your girl! She's always down for hiking, or active sports, but won't turn down a cuddle session or trying her best to be a lap dog while you relax.
Willow shows dominance aggression, which means that while shes very timid and friendly around normal dogs, she can be very aggressive with dogs that actively display dominant traits or engagement. She would not be good with cats or smaller, more energetic dogs. As long as Willow has an adopter who is careful and watchful for bad habits she should have a long wonderful life giving great interactions with everyone she meets.
Willow is micro chipped, spayed, and fully vetted.
Frosty
Frosty the dog is the sweetest little pooch, with big soulful eyes and a heart of gold. He a gentle, timid, spirit. When he first meets people his shyness sometimes gets the better of him. With a mixture of cuddles and kind words Frosty will quickly become your best friend.
When Frost is in an especially happy mood he likes to dance! He'll march his front feet, jumps about, and sometimes will even do a twirl or two! It's adorable!
Frosty is an especially amazing dog, because he maintains a gleeful approach to life, even while dealing with intervertebral disc disorder (Spondylosis). The spaces in Frostys' vertebrae have shortened and this causes him pain. Before medicine, Frosty was hesitant to engage in play with other dogs. Since starting Joint Supplements (Dasucuin) he has an extra confident skip to his step! Frosty will need to be on medicine all his life, but with this medicine he will be able to live a happier and more pain free life!
Frosty is neutered, fully vetted, micro-chipped, and available for adoption
Blackberry
Blackberry is a 13 year old sweet and lovable little guy who enjoys his life very much as a cat! He is anxious to takes advantage of being a house cat and loves all sorts of traditional cat activities, like sitting on a window sill, watching birds fly by - Or squeezing himself into boxes! Blackberry is especially fond of a warm lap where he can curl up, cuddle, or make biscuits!
Blackberry can get overwhelmed when there is a lot of commotion, his cool demeanor and laid back vibes don't mesh well with a busy environment. Blackberry is waiting to find his forever home where he hopes to add an air of calmness and cuteness to every room he struts into.
Blackberry is neutered, fully vetted, micro-chipped, and available for adoption the in the Seattle area.
Poppy
Say hello to Poppy, one of our newest arrivals at the rescue! Poppy has had to have extensive dental work performed by a veterinary specialist and only has 6 teeth remaining! What she lacks in teeth, she more than makes up for in her desire to cuddle and her ever present sweetness with a smile that would melt the most frigid of hearts! This 10 year old Pomeranian is happiest when she is in the arms of someone she loves, being held close to share secrets and kisses.
Her quiet and easy disposition and super soft fur make us wonder if she is actually part cat!
Poppy has Mitral Valve Disease, which is a condition that effects her heart. The valve doesn't close all the way when pumping blood resulting in a heart murmur. You could say that Poppy has a broken heart. At this point, she does not need medication for this condition. Poppy also has a collapsed trachea, so only a harness for this girls walk! [Collars put too much pressure on her trachea]
Poppy is fully vetted, spayed, and micro-chipped.
Doodle
When Doodle first arrived he spent much of his time cowering in corners while other dogs engaged in joyful play around him. If another dog bumped into him, he would let out the most pitiful and fearful yelp. Dogs were not the only source of Doodles anxiety, humans also pose a threat in his mind. Before he is able to befriend a person he must make sure that he will be treated with the gentlest of cares. once he trusts someone though Doodle transforms into a Jubilant cuddle-bug. Timidness was not the only thing holding Doodle back, he experiences pain due to his Luxating Patella (floating knee-caps). Movements and physical contact that may not bother another dog have an increased chance of actually causing pain for Doodle.
Ever since doodle has begun pain medication, instead of experiencing pain when being pet, he can finally enjoy the delight in all it's glory. Instead of finding a calm corner in our doggy playroom he now has doggy playmates that he engages in chases and play fights. It's beautiful to watch Doodle transform in to a fun loving and happy dog. Doodle still has limitations and fears to overcome, but now instead of slinking off to be alone Doodle bounds towards his people and doggy friends with eager merriment. Doodle is neutered, fully vetted, micro-chipped, and available for adoption
Jaunty & jubilant Jules is a unique, loveable, and goofy dog. He has a great love for many things including frolicking, leaping about, walks, and cuddles. Jules is a very playful dog who likes to tumble about with his doggy playmates. Jules lives most of his life with a joie-de-vivre attiude, but despite his normal fun loving personality his fear and anxiety sometimes gets the best of him which causes him to behave in an aggressive manner.
Jules doesn't always trust in new people he meets, his past experiences have taught him strangers can be dangerous, so instead of behaving like his usual bubbly self - he acts out with fear aggression. This usually manifests itself in the form of barking but can escalate to nipping and biting. Jules needs a patient and loving home that can work with him on his fear aggression issues while still reveling in the joie-de-jules.
Jules is neutered, fully vetted, micro-chipped, and available for adoption
Jules
Blitz is an 2 year old American Bulldog, he's very sweet with everyone he meets from adults to children. Blitz loves cuddles and car rides! Blitz isn't so sweet with other dogs though, he has aggression that means he will have to be in a home without other pets. While he is fine with walking, face to face confrontations can leave him feeling very aggressive.
Blitz will need a stern and consistent approach to structure and reprimands or he will take advantage. He loves playing fetch, and will usually bring back whatever is thrown but he is a bit goofy and silly sometimes, wanting you to come to him. Although Blitz is an adventurous and loving buddy, eager to please and do right, he is a bigger dog and while he is very cuddly there's always a certain amount of respect that needs to be shown.
Blitz is micro chipped, spayed, and fully vetted.
Blitz
Domino
Floppy Ears with big paws, Domino is the epitome of cute. His curly fur makes him extremely hug-able and his sweet face was so love-able it melted your heart every time! Domino adores all sorts of things including cuddle time, long walks, and playing with his friends in the doggy playroom. His favorite part of walks are finding a nice grassy patch. Domino sniffs and investigates the whole area first, making sure it's up to his liking. Once he feels satisfied, he'll plop down on his back and begin rolling around, with a big doggy grin that stretched from ear to ear!
Domino isn't always as carefree and happy-go-lucky though. Domino struggles with extreme aggression, which flares up most when he thinks someone is going to take one of his toys or possessions away. It is important that domino continually works to overcome his possession aggression.
Domino is a very lovable dog with a lot of joy to offer, but he will need much guidance and a steady will to help him manage his issues with aggression. Domino is neutered, fully vetted, micro-chipped, and available for adoption
Blue
This little guy is Blue. He was rescued and then returned to the Ramona shelter in California. The original rescue said he is very aggressive and almost mauled a puppy, but we have yet to see signs of his aggression while he has been with Magda in California. He's been with smaller dogs and a cocker who is much bigger than him. While Blue does not like being in the middle of a group of dogs he does not attack them or become aggressive. So far, the most evident trait that Blue needs to work on is some control over his puppy bites or mouthing.
Blue loves a good play session, and while he can get a bit routy while playing and growls a lot, we haven't witnessed any actual aggressive or dominance traits and so it's difficult to imagine him out of control or attacking another dog. Blue goes straight to his crate at night He has no issues sleeping and is pretty content in his kennel. Overall he is a happy guy with lots of energy. He may not be good for young children and first time dog owners since he will need help understanding he cannot mouth or nip playfully. With a bit of patience and work it will become much more manageable but still needs to be kept in mind. Blue doesn't always play well with kitties, so it may serve him better to be in a home without them as he can be a bit too playful. Blue is neutered, fully vetted, micro-chipped, and available for adoption
Duchess
Duchess may very well be the most perfect cat on the planet when it comes to temperament and making friends. She gets along with dogs and cats equally and is very very sweet to us humans. She does how have a few special needs that seem to make her very high maintenance.
Duchess has Feline Herpes and happens to have very small nose and sinus system. It has been suggested (by veterinary specialist) that she get a "nose job" to open her nostrils and passage way, but we are trying to find ways around that so she may live a normal healthy life as she was born. As a result, she needs her eyes and nose cleaned at least twice a day. She also uses pellets instead of regular litter as the dust caused by finer litter can become an issue to her quite quickly. Duchess is looking for her forever home and a kind and gentle adopter who will help keep her problematic areas clean so she can breath easily.
She also takes a few allergy medications as well to help keep her healthy and happy.
Dutchess is Spayed, fully vetted, micro-chipped, and available for adoption
Toffee
Meet Toffee! Toffee is a 9 year old miniature Poodle searching for his forever home in the Seattle area. Toffee will need to go home to an experience adopter that can help him with his fear aggression issues. Toffee just lacks the confidence he needs to thrive and be the wonderful companion we know he can be. Toffee would love a patient, gentle, and compassionate owner who can show him that the world isn’t as scary as it seems. Because of his behavioral modification requirements, Toffee will need to go to a home without children.
Toffee is fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and available for adoption in the Seattle area.

His perfect forever home would include an experienced adopter willing to help him through his medical needs and plenty of love and attention.
Tanner is fully vetted, micro chipped, and neutered.
Pixie
Meet Pixie! This darling 2 year old Chihuahua girl is quite the charmer. When she’s not prancing and twirling in circles, she is happy to play and cover you in kisses. She may be a little shy to start, but she warms up quickly and gets along just fine with other dogs.
We are unsure of how she does with cats or children at this time.
Pixie is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.
Jackson
Jackson is a confident dog who believes the world is his to explore. He’s favorite part of the day is walking, playtime and cuddle time! He has very expressive eyes and it is easy to imagine what he is thinking. Jackson sometimes can be a bit grumpy, so he needs a home where they will be willing to be patient with him. Once he trusts you, he is a gentleman who is quick to show his love.
Jackson is neutered, fully vetted and micro chipped.
Joan Jet
As her name would suggest, Joan Jett is quite a rock star! This little rat terrier / dachshund is a people pleaser who loves to cuddle. A little timid to start, she warms up well with petting and affection. She loves being the star of the show so it's important that she go to a home where she won’t have to share the spotlight with any other dogs, cats, or kids.
Joan Jett is fully vetted, spayed, and micro chipped.
Tony
Tony Stark is a bit of a ladies man! He is a big snuggle bug but he needs time to warm up to new people, however, he is making great progress with that!
He really enjoys walking, running and playing with other animals though he is still learning.
He is really sweet and wants a home where he can watch Marvel movies all day long!
Tony Stark is neutered, fully vetted and micro chipped.

Blue Bayou is looking for a forever home where he can be VERY active; also where he can find a nice compy bed to snuggle up on, boy does he love those compy beds! Bayou is still very much a puppy; he will need someone willing to work through some puppy behaviors.
